We are excited to announce the hiring of Susan Daggett as our Chief Financial Officer, effective Monday April 5th. Sue will be stepping into a new role for Rackson Restaurants. In this role, she will lead Finance and Business Development and be instrumental in operations excellence initiatives. We are delighted to have such an accomplished CFO and restaurant leader with over 30 years of progressive experience to support our growth strategy.
Sue has an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa and is a CPA. She started her career in Public Accounting with E&Y and later moved into industry, joining Burger King. Additionally, Sue has had a broad scope of responsibility, including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer. During her tenure at Einstein (now Coffee and Bagel Brands), she spearheaded a 500% increase in operating cash flow and 48.3% increase in EBITDA. Most recently, Sue was as the CFO of Qdoba.
Sue is pragmatic and passionate about collaborating with both internal and external business leaders whilst building strong teams. She is the mother of two daughters and has a dog and two cats.
